Awesome collection, but I’m really surprised you didn’t include http://www.workawesome.com. Perhaps it’s a little to cleanly laid out, but I’ve always admired it.

Here is a really nice one (I know the designer so I biased), the animation for the menu button is done with Javascript, so no Flash! at all…It’s in Hebrew but still looks like a lot of work has been put into it…

Very nice collection. Desktop themed designs seem to be very popular at the moment. And I do see why – they really look great. By the way: I just published a collection of tutorials on how to create such layouts in my own blog yesterday (in German).
