Anyone who is new to photography, and wants to make better pictures, should read and learn what is in this article. Although the Photoshop tip is really good, it may be bit much for the beginner.

It seems like they all need happy men and preferably a sexy looking young woman all point towards a computer screen while showing their brilliant teeth, and the men all wear ties. My first few ventures with shutterstock and istockphoto failed. Been a happy camper with Fotolia since then, though the idea of making $0.13 cents on one’s master piece seems a tragedy

@Thu Who knows? You know! If you’re really in to photography, go for it! I was 7 when I knew I’d become a photographer. At 16, I really had to fight for my dream. There were people who thought other jobs would suit better. Finally, 21 already, I finished training. 20 years later, I don’t regret a thing, still doing that point-and-click thing. Start shooting, collecting and selecting, each stock agency expects more than 5 photos for application. Good Luck!

Thank you for these 2 wonderful posts! They have been extremely helpful to me. Although I’m only 14 and can’t sell stock photos yet, I still find it very helpful. Who knows? Maybe one day I’d be a stock photo seller.
