Today we’re featuring the awesome talent of Niark, a wondrous 34 year old French freelance graphic designer and witty illustrator living in Paris.

Niark takes his inspiration from street art, music and graphics.

He works in a broad scope of areas such as advertising agencies, music labels, art toys, streetwear and more.

His style features bright colors and abstract illustrations and finds balance in seemingly chaotic environments.

Inspiring vector work, and although the subject matter looks quite disturbing, he draws me in with his humor and style.

I do like certain elements or details of his designs. But not the whole picture. There’s too much going on.

And the randomness of the colors bothers me a lot. But… that’s just my opinion.

Wow, never seen his work before, but I love it!

Of all the pieces you’ve chosen, my favourite is the second from the last, the bull-thing with the surf board having a VERY bad day! Nice little touches like the shark fins above the water and the bodies below, the SOS on the phone, and the fact that his board has taken a bit of a battering and now looking like a shark itself! Very cool!

Thanks for this post, and keep up the great work Niark! Your fab!

Is it just me or do his designs almost DIRECTLY reflect some of the 311 album covers? Not a bad thing necessarily, just kinda noticed it.
