Excellent!! Anything that can help when “you’re brainstorming with a coworker or explaining your ideas to a client” always grabs my attention! Often the hardest part of any project is ascertaining the expectations of all involved and managing those expectations (and your own creativity) so that you can create your best work in every time! At the end of the day, that’s what puts bread on the table and a proud grin on your face. Visual aids help a lot with this! I work for a state agency and am always looking for inspiration. We have limits on what we can do. Trying to add life to the website so users stay interested, but keep it between the lines is difficult. I’m excited to see that there is a resource that can help me out.

I used Volume for inspiration and ideas. I loved how it broke websites down in categories and by colors. I was in the process of designing a GREEN website (the color Green), and was struggling finding good colors and bought Volume 1. It gave me some idea and much needed inspiration.
