A long-overdue redesign idea

Dear Ticketmaster is a thoughtful article from Matthew Lew about how concert tickets from Ticketmaster should be redesigned to be more user-friendly. It discusses not only what changes would improve tickets (like getting rid of the monospaces, all-caps font that's been used since the 70s), but also why Ticketmaster should consider making them in the first place.
