Figure out the optimal time to fall asleep
Sleepyti.me is a bedtime calculator. Enter the time you need to get up, and it will tell you when you should fall asleep (make sure you actually go to bed a bit earlier to give yourself time to fall asleep). It works based on a 90-minute sleep cycle, with the idea that waking up between sleep cycles leaves you feeling less tired than waking up mid-cycle.
