Photoshop CS6 Beta is now available for free download (with a limited-time usage license), and offers some awesome new features, not the least of which is 3D image editing (which will only be available in Photoshop CS6 Extended). Designers will be excited about new design tools, including type styles, custom strokes, dashed lines, and even searchable layers! The Mercury Graphics Engine gives you unprecedented performance for near-instant results with many filters.

HTML5 and CSS3 animated app site
The site for the upcoming Nizo app for the iPhone is one of the coolest examples of an HTML5/CSS3 animation we've seen. As you scroll down the page, various elements that hint at the purpose of the app enter the browser viewport and slide seamlessly into place. Scroll back up and they stay in place until they disappear from view, until you've reached the top. Fantastic!
