Terms and Conditions
SPONSOR.
The WebDesignerDepot Macbook Pro and Free Printing Contest (“Contest”) sponsor is
UPrinting.com, 8000 Haskell Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91406-1321, USA (“Sponsor” or “Uprinting”). The Contest is
done in participation with WebDesignerDepot (http://www.webdesignerdepot.com) (“Partner”)
TERM.
The Contest begins June 1, 2011 at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time(PST) and ends June 24, 2011
11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Entry and prize information form part of these terms and conditions. By
submitting an entry to the Contest, submitter agrees to the terms and conditions set forth and warrant that his
or her entry complies with all the requirements. The Contest is based on chance.
WHO MAY ENTER.
The Contest is open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction
of residence upon the time of entry and do not reside in Puerto Rico, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Canadian
Province of Quebec, Sudan, Syria and where prohibited. Employees of UPrinting and Web Designer Depot, and
its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members, or persons living in the same households
are not eligible to join. The Contest is VOID in Puerto Rico, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Canadian Province of
Quebec, Sudan, Syria or where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY.
Entry to this Contest requires No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not increase
or affect a person's chances of winning this Contest. An “Entry” consists of a completely filled out entry form
with the following details: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Age, and Shipping Address (location). Entrants
must answer the question posted to be qualified. Incomplete information will nullify a user's entry.
Alternate means of Entry. No other form/s of entry will be accepted. Entrants must complete all requirements
for entry before being eligible to win the contest prize/s.
All entries must be submitted by June 24, 2011 11:59:59 p.m. PST. Entries submitted beyond the specified time
will not be eligible for winning. Uprinting and Web Designer Depot will not be held responsible for any lost, late,
or misdirected entries. Information is provided to UPrinting.com will be used for contest purposes.
CONTEST PRIZES.
One lucky grand prize winner will receive one (1) unit Apple MacBook Pro valued at one
thousand one hundred ninety-nine dollars ($1,199.00), shipped free. The MacBook Pro has the following
specifications: 13-inch: 2.3 GHz, 2.3GHz dual-core, Intel Core i5, 4GB 1333MHz, 320GB 5400-rpm1, Intel HD
Graphics 3000, Built-in battery (7 hours). Apple, Inc. is not a part of, a sponsor, endorser, or administrator, and is
in no way associated with this contest. The grand prize winner will also receive five hundred dollars $500.00 in
printing credits from Uprinting.com. One (1) lucky runner-up winner will receive $500 in printing credits.
Printing credit is for one-time use, and is applicable to printing cost only. Printing credit is not applicable to
taxes, shipping, design services, mailing services, proofing, postage, and custom jobs. The Prizes are nontransferable
and no other prize options are available. Any form of prize transfers, assignment, or substitution by
winner is unacceptable. In the event that a prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the
right to substitute, at its own discretion, the original (or any part) of the prize with an alternative prize that has
equal monetary value and/or specifications, unless doing so would be prohibited by law.
Prize notifications sent whether through regular mail or e-mail or any other form of communication, that go
unanswered within three (3) business days after being sent shall warrant disqualification of entry. The Sponsor
will then select an alternate potential winner.
Any and all duties, taxes, and other costs for obtaining the prize, unless otherwise specified, shall be shouldered
by the Winner. Taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner to report.
JUDGING.
The Contest will be completed in one round and shall constitute two parts: entry submission and
drawing of winner. Users can enter the promotion through the submission form. All entries must be submitted
by June 24, 2011 11:59:59 PST. Winner/s will be chosen on or before June 30, 2011. An official announcement
will be released and winners notified through the email address that they submitted the entries with. All winner
decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning the contest depend on the number of entries that will be
submitted throughout the Contest period up until the contest end date.
CONDITIONS.
This Contest is VOID where prohibited. Submission of Entry constitutes an entrant's guarantee
that submitted information is accurate and factual. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity and
the validity of any and all entries.
This Contest shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal issues or disputes
arising from or related to the Contest shall preside in the State of California, United States of America. The state
and federal courts of California shall be the exclusive forum and venue for resolving disputes.
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All winner decisions shall be at the discretion of the Sponsor.
Entrants furthermore consent to the use of any winning entry, winner's name and likenesses for any publicity,
advertising, or promotional purposes in the future without any additional compensation or approval, unless
prohibited by law.
Contest official rules are subject to change at any time without prior notification and/or consent of entrants.
Entrants are advised to review and check the rules before submission and continuously thereafter for any
changes, updates, news, or announcements regarding the Contest. Winners' names and winning entries will be
released only when judging has been completed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall not be held
responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent entry information. Any entry that is incomplete, deemed
inaccurate, or submitted late shall be disqualified. Participation in the Contest constitutes an entrant's
agreement to release, discharge, and not hold accountable, Uprinting and Web Designer Depot, its partners,
affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages
arising out of participation in the Contest, its promotions, or any related activities. No guarantees are made that
entries and/or any information will not be copied, altered, or saved off the Internet.
The winner/s agree to release, discharge, and not hold accountable, the Sponsor, its partners, affiliates,
subsidiaries, and employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages arising
out of the acceptance, use or misuse, redemption, and possession of prizes awarded for this Contest.
PRIVACY.
Personal data is required upon entry. Data in the form of name, email address, age, and shipping
address may be processed, shared, and used for Contest purposes. In the event that a question regarding the
winner's identity arises, entries will be deemed made by the holder of the account used to submit the Entry.
The data may be used to verify an entrant's eligibility to participate in the Contest. Entrants further consent to
Sponsor's use of their email information to send company updates and announcements. Users have the option
to unsubscribe at any time from such option.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel, halt,
suspend, terminate, or modify the Contest, if for any reason, the Contest is not capable of being implemented
as planned due to any form of technical malfunction. This may include but is not limited to computer viruses,
bugs, worms, trojan horses, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any causes beyond the control of Sponsor or
the Partner. Any unauthorized tampering of the entry process or the entries, shall disqualify an individual at the
sponsor’s discretion.
The Sponsor furthermore reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel, halt, suspend, terminate, or modify
the Contest, for any period of time, when instances beyond its control happen.
