    hahaha….. last situation is common. mostly my clients said “provide me 10 logos then I will choose the best and then I will pay you” but I only said the that “I am a Designer not a Fucking Screwdriver” hahaha…..

    Know the feeling of that last one alright! And of course, I’m always surprised at how many people do not understand what a logo is. They think you can take any old illustration (or photo!!!!) and its a logo! AHHHHHH!!!!!!

    As always WDD, get post. Thanks for these. I always look forward to them for a bit of “insider comedy” :)

    yup .. the last one happen to me too.. and its suck.. they even contact several designer to do the job, then they pay the one with the logo they choose..
    hiding in abusive term of “pitching”….

    Yep, completely agree with the last piece.

    Plus, you forgot 2 things which clients typically say:
    1) Client wants you to “read his mind” regarding the colors and theme that he wants
    2) Client wants it done yesterday.
